This Privacy Policy explains how One Kcn Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') handles personal information collected through the onekcn.com website. Who we are
One Kcn Ltd was founded in 2020 and operates a commercial kitchen hub in Fulham, SW6, providing cloud, ghost, dark and delivery kitchen rental to food businesses. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What information we collect
Forms on this site
Visit Us / Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the message you write to us.
Driver Bonus form (/delivery-bonus): your name, phone number, optional email address, the delivery platforms you work on, optional details about a kitchen or chef you are introducing (their name, phone, email and address), optional partner driver details, your selected language preference, and any UTM tracking parameters from the QR code or link that brought you to the page.
Automatic data
Server logs collected by our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) are used for debugging, security and rate-limiting.
Anonymous performance metrics via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
Third-party widgets
The WhatsApp Chat widget on this site is provided by Elfsight and is loaded from static.elfsight.com. If you interact with the widget, Elfsight may set its own cookies and process your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
The Google Map embedded on the Visit Us page is served by Google. When the map loads, Google may collect data about your visit in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
Responding to enquiries about kitchen rental: legitimate interests. You contacted us, so it is reasonable for us to reply and to keep a record of the exchange.
Driver Bonus introductions: contractual necessity. The introduction bonus is a contractual offer, and we need to process the information you submit to assess and pay it.
Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests. We rely on this basis to process logs and to investigate misuse of our forms or infrastructure.
Where your data is stored
Lead submissions are stored as documents in Sanity (sanity.io), our content management system. Data residency depends on the infrastructure region used by Sanity.
Email notifications about leads are sent via Resend (resend.com) to info@onekcn.com.
The website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com), and the source code lives on GitHub (github.com). No personal data is stored in the source code repository.
We have appropriate data processing arrangements in place with these processors.
Cookies
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this site.
Vercel Analytics, which we use to measure website performance, is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
Elfsight's WhatsApp widget may set cookies if you interact with it. We do not control these cookies.
Our /delivery-bonus page uses your browser's localStorage to remember your selected language. localStorage is not a cookie and is not transmitted to any server. It stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep your data
Lead data submitted via our forms is retained for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is deleted from Sanity.
Server logs are retained for approximately 30 days in line with our hosting provider's standard retention.
We do not retain personal information for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified if it is inaccurate, to request its erasure, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact info@onekcn.com. We will respond within one calendar month, as required by UK GDPR.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Some of our processors, including Sanity, Resend and Vercel, may transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or other safeguards recognised under UK GDPR.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.
