Website Terms versus lease agreement

These Terms cover your use of the onekcn.com website only. They do not replace, modify or supplement any lease agreement signed for one of our physical kitchen units.

A lease agreement is a separate, binding contract between One Kcn Ltd and the tenant of a kitchen unit. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and a lease agreement, the lease agreement prevails for all matters relating to physical kitchen occupancy, rent, deposits, services and termination.

Pricing displayed on this website

Prices for kitchen units displayed on this website, including on the Product page, are indicative. They reflect prevailing rates at the time of publication and are intended to give prospective tenants a general idea of cost.

The contractual rate that applies to any tenant is the rate stated on a current signed lease agreement, not the rate displayed on the website. We reserve the right to change displayed pricing at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful or harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our infrastructure or our Sanity Studio, to submit spam or fraudulent contact form submissions, or to scrape or systematically extract content for republication.

We reserve the right to block any IP address or to refuse any contact form submission that we reasonably believe is abusive or made in bad faith.

User submissions via forms

When you submit information through our Visit Us or Driver Bonus forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have permission to share any third-party details, such as a chef or partner driver name and contact, that you include in the submission.

Driver Bonus offer

The £1,500 introduction bonus described on /delivery-bonus is a separate contractual offer governed by the terms presented on that page in the relevant language at the time of submission.

Receipt of the bonus depends on the introduction leading to a signed lease agreement with One Kcn Ltd, and on the deposit clearing on that lease. Bonuses are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of deposit clearance.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a bonus where the introduction is fraudulent or duplicative, where the same prospective tenant has been introduced separately by more than one source, or where the introduction has been made by an existing One Kcn employee or contractor.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, layout, branding and source code, is owned by One Kcn Ltd or licensed to us. You may share links to public pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

You may not republish substantial portions of our content, reproduce our branding, or use our content to train machine learning models without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and widgets

This site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Gumtree listings via the Available Units link, Google Maps on the Visit Us page, and the Elfsight WhatsApp Chat widget. We are not responsible for third-party content, for changes to third-party services, or for any consequences of your use of those services.

Use of any third-party service is governed by the terms and privacy policy of that third party.

No warranty

The site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy or completeness of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
