A production kitchen is a different animal to a service kitchen. It runs to a prep schedule, not a service window. It needs floor space, cold storage, and a delivery route in and out that does not collide with anyone else.
The larger units at One Kcn are built for that work. Twenty-eight to thirty-three square metres of floor, three-phase power, and dedicated cold storage mean a small production team can batch, portion, label, and dispatch without queueing for shared equipment.
Tenants use these units as a central kitchen feeding several sites, as a co-packer for a packaged-food brand, or as a back-of-house extension when the main building is at capacity.
